1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 29win ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 29win online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://29win.bid and through any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

2 Account Registration

If 29win detects that you hold more than one account — whether registered under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — all duplicate accounts may be suspended, merged, or permanently closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3 Age Restriction

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 User Obligations

By using the 29win Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• You will only use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any commercial, professional, or systematic profit-seeking purpose.
• You will provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and will promptly notify 29win of any changes to your registered details.
• You will not attempt to use the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or jurisdictional limitations.
• You will not engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or connected networks.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or backend systems.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh relating to online gambling and electronic financial transactions.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a lawful order from a competent authority requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by 29win due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered will be returned to the originating payment method following the completion of any required investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 29win Platform, including but not limited to the 29win name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to 29win and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10 Limitation of Liability

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 29win targets the Bangladesh market and operates its services in the English language for Bangladeshi players.

In the event of a dispute between you and 29win, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team via live chat. 29win will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

29win does not make any claim regarding specific regulatory licensing from Bangladeshi government bodies. References to "safe and reliable platform" or "fair play" on the Platform refer to our internal operational standards and commitment to certified RNG technology and SSL-encrypted transactions, not to any specific governmental certification.

12 Amendments

29win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — 29win will provide notice via the Platform or via the email address registered to your account, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
